Board Changes

Critical Resources Limited (ASX:CRR) (“ Critical Resources ” or “the Company ”) advises the following changes to the Board effective 12 August 2022.

Appointment of Mr John Markovic

Critical Resources wishes to advise that Mr John Markovic has been appointed as a non-executive director.

Mr Markovic has been involved as a successful private property developer and investor for over thirty years. He is currently a managing director of a number of private companies including JGM Property Investments Pty Ltd that have ownership of substantial industrial and commercial properties portfolios in New South Wales.

Mr Markovic holds degrees in both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce and has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial tech and property start-ups as an early stage investor and advisor throughout his career. The Board does not considered Mr Markovic to be an independent director given his substantial shareholding in the Company.

Resignation of Mr Jihad Malaeb

Critical Resources wishes to advise that Mr Jihad Malaeb has resigned from his position as nonexecutive director due to family commitments.

The Board acknowledges and thanks Mr Malaeb for his contribution to the Company during his tenure and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours. We are delighted to welcome Mr Markovic to the board and the board looks forward to working together and benefiting from his significant business experience as we continue to execute our development strategy.

Mr Malaeb would like to thank the Company’s shareholders for their support during his tenure and will continue to provide his support to the Company as a significant shareholder.
