BOARD CHANGES
Force Commodities Limited ( Force or the Company ) (ASX: 4CE) would like to announce the resignation of Mr Jason Brewer effective 14 January 2020. Jason expresses his desire to fully commit his energy into seeking other project opportunities.
The Company is pleased to appoint Mr Jihad Malaeb as non-executive director effective 27 January 2020. Mr Malaeb has been a very strong supporter of the Company over many years and is a major shareholder of Force. Mr Malaeb brings skills in business and marketing having run his own successful enterprises. Force welcomes Mr Malaeb as a board member while the Company progresses the Tshimpala Project towards production of high-grade lead-silver material able to be mined and sold in high value consignments as direct shipping ore.
The Board continues its search for a CEO with the ability to advance the Tshimpala Project. Force will keep the market informed as the further progress is being made
