Force Commodities ( Force or the Company ) ( ASX Code: 4CE ) advises that Simon Grant-Rennick, a director of the Company has resigned as director effective COB 27 May 2020.

Simon was appointed on 1 August 2019, after vending the Tshimpala Project in Malawi.

His engineering and ore marketing background, along with significant in-country operating experience in Malawi provided much support to the Company in developing the Tshimpala Project.
