BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Force Commodities Ltd ( Force or the Company ) (ASX Code: 4CE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jess Oram as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, effective 4 February 2019.

Mr Oram has over 20 years’ experience in mineral exploration in a wide variety of geological terrains, resource commodities and countries. He has an accomplished track record in establishing and leading the exploration function of several companies. Mr Oram is currently Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed Cauldron Energy.

Mr Oram has a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Geology major from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).

He has accompanied me to the DRC on a number of occasions and visited our exploration camp in Manono. I believe his extensive geological experience will be a huge asset for the Company, and in supporting our in-country geological team and technical consultants as we look to advance our exploration projects and exposure to the battery metals sector in 2019.”

With the appointment of Mr Oram, current Chairman, Mr David Sanders has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.

In addition, Mr Mike Pitcher has been appointed as Company Secretary replacing Michael Fry due to his other increased work commitments. Mr Pitcher has over 30 years’ experience in a variety of accounting, financial and commercial roles and has worked with Force as its Financial Controller since May 2018.
