ASX Announcements Office 152–158 St Georges Terrace Perth WA 6000 Australia

CHAIRMAN’S ADDRESS – AGM 28 OCTOBER 2020

Force has been through some challenging times; the Company has been in voluntary suspension for nearly nine months. Despite being closed for trading, Force’s new board and management team has completed the silent work needed for its renaissance.

We are pleased to present a new vision for the Company at the cusp of re-instatement to trading; a vision that is to materialise on the back of a highly experienced team and strong funding. Force aims to be a multi-project mining company. Our revitalised board and executive have the skills required for project development with, in excess of 110 years of direct technical experience in advancing exploration projects and building mines. In addition to technical skill, the Company has strong relationships that have helped and will continue to assist the Company to source its funding requirements.

It goes without saying, that an excellent team needs good projects on which to work, for without the project there is nothing. Force was fortunate to be introduced to AIM listed Savannah Resources plc, powering through their efforts to develop three great projects, one of which was the Omani Copper Project. This project is an exceptionally rich copper system possessing a dataset which suits the Company goal of developing a mine and getting into production. I take this opportunity to thank David Archer and Savannah for their fantastic assistance in the acquisition and handover of the project that is very near complete. On the slightly longer-term time horizon, we must not forget the Halls Peak Project in New South Wales, which at surface is a high-grade copper, lead, silver and zinc system.

We are optimistic for the future advancement of our projects and achieving our Company’s aim. Wellconsidered expenditure on exceptional projects will drive the value of our Company and restore the trust of shareholders.

END

About Force

Force is a base metals exploration and development focused company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:4CE). Force is currently in voluntary suspension pending the reinstatement of its securities to trading on the official list of the ASX. Force went into voluntary suspension in January 2020, upon a decision of the Board, to restructure and refinance the Company and to change the senior management of the company following the failure of several business opportunities and the inability to raise further capital. Over the past 6 months Force has been undergoing a structured process to reinstatement the Company’s securities to trading on the ASX, which process, has included changes in the senior management of the Company and the identification of new sources of capital. Force has steadily gained momentum during the restructure through the identification of a highquality project for acquisition and appointments of high calibre senior professionals to its Board and Executive.
