LEUVEN – Belgium – July 3, 2014 – On 3 July 2014 Option NV received a new notification of participation in accordance with the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings in issuers. ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen NV (PMV) informed Option that as per 30 June 2014 its participation fell below the threshold of 3% of the total outstanding voting rights.
