V/v giải trình biến động KQSXKD

6 tháng đầu năm 2025 so với cùng kỳ năm trước

Căn cứ Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16/11/2020 của Bộ Tài Chính v/v hướng dẫn công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán, Công ty Cổ phần Logistics Vicem (mã chứng khoán HTV) giải trình kết quả kinh doanh 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 so với cùng kỳ năm trước như sau:

1. Báo cáo tài chính riêng: Lợi nhuận sau thuế 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 đạt 8,729 tỷ đồng, tăng 5,053 tỷ đồng tương ứng tăng 137% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Nguyên nhân: công ty đã gia tăng hiệu quả điều hành linh hoạt, tối ưu chi phí vận hành, các chi phí sản xuất và chi phí quản lý được kiểm soát chặt chẽ, đồng thời công ty có phát sinh nguồn thu nhập khác từ thanh lý tài sản (đã hết khấu hao) do đó lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

2. Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất: Lợi nhuận sau thuế 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 đạt 9,158 tỷ đồng, tăng 5,345 tỷ đồng tương ứng tăng 140% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Nguyên nhân: công ty đã gia tăng hiệu quả điều hành linh hoạt, tối ưu chi phí vận hành, các chi phí sản xuất và chi phí quản lý được kiểm soát chặt chẽ, đồng thời công ty có phát sinh nguồn thu nhập khác từ thanh lý tài sản (đã hết khấu hao) do đó lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Regarding the explanation of fluctuations in business results for the first 6 months of 2025 compared to the same period last year

Pursuant to Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020, of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for information disclosure on the securities market, Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTV) hereby submits the explanation of business performance for the first six months of 2025 compared to the same period last year as follows:

1. Separate Financial Statements: Profit after tax for the first six months of 2025 reached VND 8.729 billion, an increase of VND 5.053 billion, equivalent to a 137% rise compared to the same period last year. Reason: The Company improved operational efficiency, optimized operating costs, and tightly controlled both production and administrative expenses. In addition, the Company recorded other income from the disposal of fully depreciated assets. As a result, profit after tax increased compared to the same period last year.

2. Consolidated Financial Statements: Profit after tax for the first six months of 2025 reached VND 9.158 billion, an increase of VND 5.345 billion, equivalent to a 140% rise compared to the same period last year. Reason: The Company improved operational efficiency, optimized operating costs, and tightly controlled both production and administrative expenses. In addition, the Company recorded other income from the disposal of fully depreciated assets. As a result, profit after tax increased compared to the same period last year.
