V/v giải trình biến động KQSXKD

Quý 1/2026 so với cùng kỳ năm trước

Căn cứ Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16/11/2020 của Bộ Tài chính hướng dẫn công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán, Công ty Cổ phần Logistics Vicem (Mã chứng khoán: HTV) xin báo cáo giải trình về việc biến động lợi nhuận sau thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp quý 1/2026 trên Báo cáo tài chính Hợp nhất so với cùng kỳ năm trước như sau:

Lợi nhuận sau thuế Quý 1/2026 đạt 5,229 tỷ đồng, tăng 1,636 tỷ đồng (tương ứng tăng 46%) so với thực hiện cùng kỳ năm trước (3,593 tỷ đồng). Nguyên nhân biến động do: Sự tăng trưởng lợi nhuận trong Quý 1/2026 chủ yếu xuất phát từ nỗ lực nâng cao năng lực quản trị và khai thác của Ban Điều hành. Cụ thể, phát huy lợi thế và đặc thù của doanh nghiệp vận tải, trong kỳ, Công ty đã triển khai đồng bộ các giải pháp điều độ linh hoạt nhằm cải thiện mạnh mẽ hệ số vòng quay phương tiện, từ đó nâng cao tối đa hiệu suất khai thác của đội tàu. Bên cạnh việc gia tăng hiệu suất, Công ty cũng thực hiện tối ưu hóa triệt để chi phí vận hành và kiểm soát chặt chẽ các định mức chi phí sản xuất. Sự cộng hưởng từ các yếu tố này đã giúp biên lợi nhuận được cải thiện, là động lực chính thức đẩy lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng trưởng cao so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Regarding the explanation of fluctuations in business results for Q1/2026 compared to the same period last year

Pursuant to Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure in the securities market, Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTV) hereby submits the explanation of business performance for Q1/2026 compared to compared to the same period of the previous year on Consolidated financial statements as follows:

Profit after tax in Q1/2026 reached VND 5.229 billion, an increase of VND 1.636 billion (equivalent decrease 46%) compared to the same period last year. Reason for the variance: The significant profit growth in Q1/2026 primarily stemmed from the Board of Management's efforts to enhance corporate governance and operational capabilities. Specifically, leveraging the advantages and specific characteristics of a transportation enterprise, the Company implemented synchronized and flexible dispatching solutions to strongly improve the vessel turnaround ratio, thereby maximizing the operational efficiency of the vessels. In addition to increasing efficiency, the Company thoroughly optimized operating expenses and strictly controlled production cost norms. The synergy of these factors has significantly improved the profit margin, acting as the main driver for the high growth in profit after tax compared to the last year.
