V/v giải trình biến động KQSXKD
Quý 4/2025 so với cùng kỳ năm trước

Căn cứ Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16/11/2020 của Bộ Tài Chính v/v hướng dẫn công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán, Công ty Cổ phần Logistics Vicem (mã chứng khoán HTV) xin giải trình kết quả kinh doanh Quý 4/2025 so với cùng kỳ năm trước như sau:

1. Báo cáo tài chính riêng: Lợi nhuận sau thuế Quý 4/2025 lãi 2,443 tỷ đồng, giảm 0,306 tỷ đồng (tương ứng giảm 11%) so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Nguyên nhân: trong quý 4 năm 2025, Công ty tối ưu hóa lợi nhuận thông qua điều hành linh hoạt và kiểm soát chặt chẽ chi phí vận hành. Mặc dù hiệu quả từ hoạt động cốt lõi được cải thiện, song tổng lợi nhuận sau thuế vẫn ghi nhận mức giảm nhẹ do trong kỳ không phát sinh khoản thu nhập từ thanh lý tài sản vào cùng kỳ năm trước.

2. Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất: Lợi nhuận sau thuế Quý 4/2025 lãi 2,598 tỷ đồng, giảm 94,59 triệu đồng (tương ứng giảm 3%) so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Regarding the explanation of fluctuations in business results for Q4/2025 compared to the same period last year

Pursuant to Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure in the securities market, Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTV) hereby submits the explanation of business performance for Q4/2025 compared to the same period of the previous year as follows:

1. Separate financial statements: Profit after tax in Q4/2025 reached VND 2.443 billion, an increase of VND 0.306 billion (equivalent decrease 11%) compared to the same period last year. Reason: In Q4/2025, The company optimized profitability through flexible operations and tight control of operating costs. Although efficiency from core operations improved, total net profit after tax still recorded a slight decrease, primarily due to the absence of income from asset disposals, which had been recognized in the same period of the previous year.

2. Consolidated financial statements: Profit after tax in Q4/2025 reached VND 2.598 billion, an increase of VND 94,59 million (equivalent decrease 3%) compared to the same period last year.
