Công ty giải trình cụ thể về kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh quý 4 năm 2025 như sau:
We respectfully report and explain the business performance results for fourth quarter of 2025 as follows:

1. Báo cáo tài chính riêng quý 4 năm 2025

Trong quý 4 năm 2025, Công ty ghi nhận doanh thu thuần đạt 1.386 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 49,6 tỷ đồng, tương ứng tăng 23% về doanh thu và tăng 37% về lợi nhuận sau thuế so với cùng kỳ quý 4 năm 2024.

Sự tăng trưởng tích cực này chủ yếu đến từ hoạt động thi công xây lắp hạ tầng của Công ty có sự bứt phá trong kỳ. Cụ thể, trong quý 4/2025, Công ty đã đẩy mạnh triển khai thi công các công trình ký mới trong năm, đồng thời tăng tốc hoàn thành các công trình chuyển tiếp từ năm trước, qua đó làm gia tăng khối lượng nghiệm thu, ghi nhận doanh thu và lợi nhuận trong kỳ.

1. Separate Financial Statements for the Fourth Quarter of 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Company recorded net revenue of VND 1,386 billion and profit after tax of VND 49.6 billion, representing increases of 23% in revenue and 37% in profit after tax compared to the same period of the fourth quarter of 2024.

This positive growth was mainly attributable to a significant breakthrough in the Company’s infrastructure construction activities during the period. Specifically, in Q4/2025, the Company accelerated the implementation of construction works under newly signed contracts during the year, while expediting the completion of projects carried forward from the previous year. As a result, the volume of work completed and accepted increased, leading to higher revenue and profit recognition during the period.

2. Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất quý 4 năm 2025

Theo Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất, doanh thu thuần hợp nhất quý 4/2025 đạt 1.276,1 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận sau thuế hợp nhất đạt 60,2 tỷ đồng, tương ứng tăng 15% về doanh thu và tăng 123% về lợi nhuận sau thuế so với cùng kỳ năm 2024.

Bên cạnh các yếu tố tăng trưởng từ hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh cốt lõi đã nêu tại phần giải trình Báo cáo tài chính riêng, trong quý 4/2025, Công ty còn ghi nhận khoản lợi nhuận từ các công ty liên kết. Việc ghi nhận kết quả kinh doanh tích cực từ các đơn vị này đã đóng góp đáng kể vào mức tăng trưởng lợi nhuận sau thuế hợp nhất, qua đó cải thiện hiệu quả hoạt động chung của toàn Công ty trong kỳ.

2. Consolidated Financial Statements for the Fourth Quarter of 2025

According to the consolidated financial statements, consolidated net revenue for Q4/2025 amounted to VND 1,276.1 billion, and consolidated profit after tax reached VND 60.2 billion, representing increases of 15% in revenue and 123% in profit after tax compared to the same period in 2024.

In addition to the growth factors arising from the core business operations as explained in the separate financial statements, in Q4/2025 the Company also recognized profits from its associates. The recognition of positive business results from these entities contributed significantly to the increase in consolidated profit after tax, thereby improving the overall operating performance of the Company during the period.
