Công ty giải trình cụ thể về kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh quý 4 năm 2024 như sau:
We respectfully reports and explains the business performance results for the fourth quarter of 2024 as follows:

1. Báo cáo tài chính riêng quý 4 năm 2024:
   Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh riêng quý 4 năm 2024: lợi nhuận sau thuế quý 4 năm 2024 đạt 50,7 tỷ đồng giảm 3% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Kết quả kinh doanh so với cùng kỳ

năm trước không có biến động lớn, do năm 2024 công ty tiếp tục triển khai thi công các công trình đã khởi công từ năm 2023.

1. Separate financial statement for the fourth quarter of the year 2024:

Separate income statement for the fourth quarter of 2024: The net profit after tax for the fourth quarter of 2024 reached 50.7 billion VND, reflecting a 3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The business results compared to the same period last year showed no significant fluctuations, as the company continued to execute construction projects that were initiated in 2023.

2. Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất quý 4 năm 2024:

Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh hợp nhất quý 4 năm 2024: Doanh thu đạt 804,3 tỷ đồng giảm 1% và lợi nhuận sau thuế hợp nhất đạt 37,7 tỷ đồng giảm 22% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Nguyên nhân lợi nhuận giảm do năm nay doanh thu tại các công ty thành viên giảm, dẫn đến lợi nhuận hợp nhất cũng giảm so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

2. Consolidated financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2024:

Consolidated income statement for the fourth quarter of 2024: The revenue amounted to 804.3 billion VND, representing a 1% decrease, while the consolidated net profit reached 37.7 billion VND, reflecting a 22% decline compared to the same period in the previous year. The decline in profit is attributed to a reduction in revenue at the subsidiary companies this year, which consequently led to a decline in consolidated profit compared to the same period last year.
