1.1 Giải trình chênh lệch lợi nhuận năm 2024 và năm 2023:

Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh riêng năm 2024 đã kiểm toán: doanh thu năm 2024 đạt 2795 tỷ đồng tăng 146% và lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 120,1 tỷ đồng tăng 5,1% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Nguyên nhân chính do năm 2024 công ty đẩy nhanh thi công các dự án cao tốc trọng điểm, dẫn đến doanh thu và lợi nhuận đều tăng.

1.1 Explanation of the profit difference between the year 2024 and 2023:

The audited separate financial results report for the year 2024 indicates that the revenue for 2024 reached 2,795 billion VND, representing an increase of 146%, while the net profit after tax amounted to 120.1 billion VND, reflecting a growth of 5.1% compared to the same period of the previous year. The primary reason for these results is attributed to the accelerated construction of key expressway projects in 2024, leading to increases in both revenue and profit.

1.2 Giải trình chênh lệch lợi nhuận năm 2024 trước kiểm toán và sau kiểm toán:

Lợi nhuận sau thuế tại BCTC riêng đã kiểm toán đạt 120 tỷ đồng giảm 10,7% so với báo cáo trước kiểm toán, nguyên nhân đến từ việc Công ty thực hiện trích lập thêm khoản dự phòng nợ phải thu khó đòi của một số đối tác chậm thanh toán.

1.2 An explanation of the differences in profit for the year 2024 before and after the audit:

Net profit after tax reported in the audited separate financial statements amounted to 120 billion VND, representing a decrease of 10.7% compared to the pre-audit report. This decline is attributed to the Company's decision to increase provisions for doubtful accounts receivable from certain customers with delayed payments.

2.1 Giải trình chênh lệch lợi nhuận năm 2024 và năm 2023:

Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh hợp nhất năm 2024 sau kiểm toán: Doanh thu hợp nhất đạt 2817 tỷ đồng tăng 140% và lợi nhuận sau thuế hợp nhất đạt 121,4 tỷ đồng tăng 17,2% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Doanh thu và lợi nhuận năm 2024 tăng so với cùng kỳ năm trước nguyên nhân do trong năm 2024 công ty đồng loạt triển khai thi công các dự án cao tốc trọng điểm.

Lợi nhuận hợp nhất sau kiểm toán đạt 121,4 tỷ đồng, giảm 8% so với số liệu trước kiểm toán, nguyên nhân do Công ty thực hiện trích lập dự phòng nợ phải thu khó đòi của một số khách hàng chậm thanh toán.

The consolidated profit after the audit reached 121.4 billion VND, representing a decrease of 8% compared to the pre-audit figures. This decline is attributed to the Company's implementation of provisions for doubtful accounts receivable from certain customers with delayed payments.
