Công ty giải trình cụ thể về kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh quý 3 năm 2025 như sau:
We respectfully report and explain the business performance results for third quarter of 2025 as follows:

Báo cáo tài chính riêng quý 3 năm 2025
Doanh thu thuần: 627.1 tỷ đồng
Lợi nhuận sau thuế: 35.4 tỷ đồng
So sánh cùng kỳ: Lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng 6% so với quý 3 năm 2024

Separate Financial Statements for the third quarter of 2025
Net revenue: VND 627.1 billion
Profit after tax: VND 35.4 billion
Comparison to the same period last year: Profit after tax increased by 6% compared to the third quarter of 2024.

Nguyên nhân:

Trong Quý 3/2025, Công ty tiếp tục tập trung nguồn lực đẩy mạnh tiến độ thi công các dự án hạ tầng giao thông trọng điểm, bảo đảm hoàn thành đúng kế hoạch đã đăng ký. Doanh thu Quý 3/2025 đạt khoảng 99% so với cùng kỳ năm 2024. Lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng chủ yếu nhờ hoàn nhập dự phòng phải thu khó đòi từ các khoản công nợ đã được thu hồi, trong khi hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh chính duy trì ổn định.

Reason:

In the third quarter of 2025, the Company continued to focus its resources on accelerating the progress of key transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring completion in accordance with the registered schedule. Revenue for the third quarter of 2025 reached approximately 99% compared to the same period in 2024. The increase in profit after tax was mainly attributable to the reversal of provisions for doubtful debts from receivables that have been recovered, while the Company’s core business operations remained stable.

Consolidated Financial Statements for the third quarter of 2025
Consolidated net revenue: VND 565.7 billion
Consolidated profit after tax: VND 40.1 billion
Comparison to the same period last year: Profit after tax increased by 10% compared to the third quarter of 2024.

Nguyên nhân:

Bên cạnh các nguyên nhân đã nêu, trong Quý 3/2025, Công ty ghi nhận thêm phần lợi nhuận hợp nhất từ các công ty liên kết, qua đó đóng góp thêm vào mức tăng trưởng lợi nhuận hợp nhất của Công ty trong kỳ.

Reason:

In addition to the aforementioned factors, in the third quarter of 2025, the Company also recognized additional consolidated profit from its associates, which contributed to the overall growth in the Company’s consolidated profit for the period.
