Thực hiện Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2020 về hướng dẫn công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán, Công ty Cổ phần DAMSAN giải trình kết quả kinh doanh năm 2024 của Công ty mẹ đã được kiểm toán có số lợi nhuận sau thuế giảm 36,67% so với năm 2023 cụ thể như sau:

Pursuant to Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 on guidance on information disclosure on the stock market, DAMSAN Joint Stock Company explains that the audited business results of the Parent Company in 2024 have shown a decrease in after-tax profit of 36.67% compared to 2023, specifically as follows:

Lợi nhuận sau thuế TNDN năm 2024 giảm 36,67% so với năm 2023. Nguyên nhân:

Profit after corporate income tax in 2024 decreased by 36.67% compared to 2023. Reason:

• Do giá nguyên liệu giảm so với năm 2023 ảnh hưởng đến giá bán thành phẩm nên lợi nhuận gộp về bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ năm 2024 giảm 40,69% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

Due to the decrease in raw material prices compared to 2023 affecting the selling price of finished products, gross profit from sales and service provision in 2024 decreased by 40.69% compared to the same period last year.

• Doanh thu hoạt động tài chính năm 2024 giảm 22,86% so với cùng kỳ.

Financial operating revenue in 2024 decreased by 22.86% over the same period.

• Chi phí bán hàng giảm 13,26%.

Selling expenses decreased by 13.26%.

• Chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp giảm 10,72%.

Business management costs decreased by 10.72%.

Các nguyên nhân trên làm cho lợi nhuận sau thuế TNDN năm 2024 của Công ty giảm 36,67 % so với năm 2023./ The above reasons caused the Company's profit after corporate income tax in 2024 to decrease by 36.67% compared to the same period last year./
