Thực hiện Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2020 về hướng dẫn công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán, Công ty Cổ phần DAMSAN giải trình kết quả kinh doanh Quý II/2025 hợp nhất của công ty có số lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng 387,41% so với Quý II/2024 cụ thể như sau:
Pursuant to Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 on guidance on information disclosure on the stock market, DAMSAN Joint Stock Company explained the company's consolidated business results for the second quarter of 2025, with after-tax profit increasing by 387,41% compared to the second quarter of 2024, specifically as follows:

Nguyên nhân do Quý II/2025 Công ty ghi nhận doanh thu về cho thuê cơ sở hạ tầng tại Cụm CN An ninh tăng 43 tỷ doanh thu với cùng kỳ năm 2024.
The reason is that in the second quarter of 2025, the Company recorded revenue from infrastructure rental at An Ninh Industrial Park, an increase of 43 billion in revenue compared to the same period in 2024.
