Thực hiện Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2020 về hướng dẫn công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán, Công ty Cổ phần DAMSAN giải trình kết quả kinh doanh Quý III/2025 hợp nhất của công ty có số lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng 217,93 % so với Quý III/2024 cụ thể như sau:

Pursuant to Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 on guidance on information disclosure on the stock market, DAMSAN Joint Stock Company explained the company's consolidated business results for the third quarter of 2025, with after-tax profit increasing by 217.93% compared to the third quarter of 2024, specifically as follows:

Lợi nhuận sau thuế Quý III/2025 tăng 217,93% so với Quý III/2024. Nguyên nhân:

Profit after tax in Q3/2025 increased by 217.93% compared to Q3/2024. Reason:

Doanh thu tăng 17,63% do trong quý III/2025 công ty ghi nhận một phần doanh thu từ việc bán căn hộ Bồ Xuyên.

Revenue increased by 17.63% because in the third quarter of 2025 the company recorded part of the revenue from selling Bo Xuyen apartments.

Giá vốn hàng bán tăng 12,55% so với cùng kỳ

Cost of goods sold increased by 12.55% over the same period

Lợi nhuận gộp từ bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ tăng 88,45%

Gross profit from sales and service provision increased by 88.45%

Doanh thu tài chính tăng 11,31%

Financial income increased by 11.31%

Chi phí tài chính tăng: 1,53%

Financial expenses increased: 1.53%

Chi phí bán hàng tăng 33,68%

Selling expenses increased by 33.68%

Chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp giảm: 3,29%

General and administrative expenses decreased: 3.29%

Các nguyên nhân trên làm cho lợi nhuận sau thuế TNDN quý III/2025 hợp nhất của Công ty tăng 217,93% so với cùng kỳ năm trước./ The above reasons caused the Company's consolidated profit after corporate income tax in the third quarter of 2025 to increase by 217.93% over the same period last year.
