Thực hiện Thông tư số 96/2020/TT-BTC ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2020 về hướng dẫn công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán, Công ty Cổ phần DAMSAN giải trình kết quả kinh doanh Quý IV/2024 của Công ty mẹ có số lợi nhuận sau thuế tăng 23,04% so với Quý IV/2023 cụ thể như sau:

Pursuant to Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 on guidance on information disclosure on the stock market, DAMSAN Joint Stock Company explanation of the Company's consolidated business results for the fourth quarter of 2024 The Company's after-tax profit increased by 23,04 % compared to the same period in the fourth quarter of 2023, specifically as follows:

Lợi nhuận sau thuế Quý IV/2024 tăng 23,04% so với Quý IV/2023. Nguyên nhân:

Profit after tax in Q4/2024 increased by 23,04% compared to Q4/2023. Reason:

• Doanh thu bán hàng tăng 28,5% so với cùng kỳ năm 2023/ Sales revenue increased by 28,5% compared to the same period in 2023
• Giá vốn hàng bán tăng 33,79% so với cùng kỳ năm 2023/ Cost of goods sold increased by 33,79% compared to the same period in 2023
• Lợi nhuận gộp từ bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ giảm 35,64% so với cùng kỳ/ Gross profit from sales and service provision decreased by 35,64% over the same period

Do Quý IV/2024 mang dệt may có nhiều biến động làm lợi nhuận gộp của Công ty giảm 35,64% / Due to many fluctuations in the textile and garment sector in the fourth quarter of 2024, the Company's gross profit decreased by 35,64%.

• Doanh thu tài chính tăng 13,71% so với cùng kỳ năm 2023/ Financial revenue increased by 13,71% compared to the same period in 2023
• Chi phí tài chính giảm: 75,64%/ Financial costs reduced: 75,64%
• Chi phí bán hàng giảm 7,93%/ Selling expenses decreased by 7,93%
• Chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp giảm 23,10%/ Business management costs decreased by 23,10%

Các nguyên nhân trên làm cho lợi nhuận sau thuế TNDN của Công ty tăng 23,04 % so với cùng kỳ năm trước./ The above reasons caused the Company's profit after corporate income tax to increase by 23,04% over the same period last year.
