Within the framework of the optional dividend payment relating to the 2021 financial year, 516,135 new shares have been issued.

After the issue, the capital of the company is represented by 32,251,549 shares (Euronext Brussels: COFB) without nominal value. Each of these shares is entitled to the same dividend as the other shares. All these shares grant a voting right at the general meeting of shareholders and represent the denominator (i.e. the basis for calculating the participation percentages).
