Publication of a transparency notification (article 14, first paragraph of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings)

1. Summary of the notification

On 01.07.2022, Cofinimmo has received a transparency notification dated 30.06.2022 from the group BlackRock, Inc. with registered offices at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, NY, 10055, USA. By virtue of the acquisition or disposal of voting rights, the group now holds 4.92% of voting securities and 0.36% of equivalent financial instruments (compared to 5.04% and 0.25%, respectively, during the previous notification dated 21.06.2022).

The group BlackRock, Inc. now holds 5.28% of the voting rights in the company, including the equivalent financial instruments.
