1. Summary of the notification
Cofinimmo has received a transparency notification dated 25.06.2019 indicating that the Group Crédit Agricole with registered offices at 75008 Paris, 48 rue de la Boétie now holds, by virtue of the issue of shares on 29.04.2019, 4.95% of the voting rights of the company. It has therefore crossed the 5% threshold downwards.
