Disclosure pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of 02.05.2007
In accordance with the Law of 02.05.2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Cofinimmo announces having received a notification of shareholding from the Group BlackRock, Inc. with registered offices at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, NY, 10055, USA. Following the acquisition of shares conferring voting rights, the Group's shareholding has exceeded the minimum notification threshold of 5 % on 15.05.2017.
