Disclosure pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of 02.05.2007

In accordance with the Law of 02.05.2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Cofinimmo announces having received three notifications of shareholding from the Group BlackRock, Inc. with registered offices at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, NY, 10055, USA. Following the acquisition, the sale and subsequently the acquisition of shares conferring voting rights, the Group's shareholding exceeded the notification threshold of 5 % on 10.07.2017, then dropped below the notification threshold of 5 % on 11.07.2017 and subsequently exceeded the notification threshold of 5 % on 12.07.2017.
