Disclosure pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of 02.05.2007
In accordance with the Law of 02.05.2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Cofinimmo announces having received a notification of shareholding from the Group Crédit Agricole with registered offices at 75008 Paris, 48 rue de la Boétie.
Following the acquisition of shares conferring voting rights by the Crédit Agricole Group, on the one hand, and the issue of new ordinary shares as a result of the 2016 dividend distribution by Cofinimmo on the other, the Crédit Agricole Group's shareholding has dropped below the minimum notification threshold of 5 % on 02.06.2017.
