Disclosure pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of 02.05.2007
In accordance with the Law of 02.05.2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Cofinimmo announces having received a notification of shareholding from the Group Crédit Agricole with registered offices at 75008 Paris, 48 rue de la Boétie. Following the acquisition of shares conferring voting rights, the Group's shareholding has exceed on 09.05.2016 the minimum notification threshold of 5 %.
