WE MISSED OUR FY SALES AND EARNINGS FORECAST

- Demand growth in computer peripherals fell short of Cherry's own expectation, esp. in B2B in USA, France, and UK.
- Sales forecast accuracy in H2 significantly behind H1 in Gaming and Office Peripherals
