PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING OF FEBRUARY 25, 2021 REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS AND UPDATED BYLAWS

Brescia, March 4, 2021 - Notice is hereby given that the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting of February 25, 2021, which resolved amendments to the Articles of Association in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 160/2019, and the text of the Articles of Association containing the aforementioned are available at the Company's Registered Office and are published on the IR section of Company's Internet site (www.cembre.it).
