Brescia, 08 aprile 2024 - Con riferimento all'Assemblea ordinaria di Cembre S.p.A. convocata il giorno 29 aprile 2024 in prima convocazione ed occorrendo in seconda convocazione, il giorno 30 aprile 2024, si rende noto che le proposte di delibera presentate dall'azionista Lysne S.p.A., sono disponibili presso la sede sociale in Brescia, via Serenissima n. 9, nella sezione "Investor Relations" del sito internet della Società (https://www.cembre.com/it/assemblee-eventi-e-presentazioni), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage", consultabile al sito .

PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION PROPOSALS
Brescia, April 08, 2024 – With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Cembre S.p.A. called on April 29, 2024 on first call and where necessary on April 30, 2024 on second call, it is announced that the resolution proposals submitted by the shareholder Lysne S.p.A. are available at the Company's Registered Office in Brescia, 9 via Serenissima, on the "Investor Relations" section of Company's Internet site (https://www.cembre.com/en/events-and-presentations), in addition to the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage", available on the site.
