ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA: CONFERMA RINVIO IN SECONDA CONVOCAZIONE

Brescia, 22 aprile 2020

Si informano i Signori Azionisti che l'Assemblea Ordinaria di Cembre S.p.A., prevista in prima convocazione in data odierna, è andata deserta. Pertanto l'Assemblea avrà luogo in seconda convocazione, il giorno 20 maggio 2020 alle ore 9.30. Restano ferme le modalità di intervento e voto in assemblea indicate nell'avviso integrativo pubblicato in data 27 marzo 2020.

Cembre progetta, produce e distribuisce connettori elettrici ed accessori per cavo, settore nel quale ha raggiunto una posizione di leadership in Italia e ha conquistato importanti quote di mercato a livello europeo. Cembre è tra i principali produttori mondiali di utensili (meccanici, pneumatici e oleodinamici) per l'installazione di connettori e per la tranciatura di cavi. I prodotti sviluppati per la connessione alla rotaia e per altre applicazioni ferroviarie sono stati adottati dalle principali società del settore in tutto il mondo.

Cembre ha saputo conquistare questi primati grazie alla ricerca continua di prodotti innovativi e di elevato standard qualitativo, alla gamma di prodotti vasta e completa, ad una rete distributiva capillare ed estesa sia in Italia sia all'estero.

Fondato a Brescia nel 1969, il Gruppo Cembre è oggi una realtà internazionale. Alla capogruppo con sede a Brescia si affiancano infatti cinque società controllate: cinque commerciali (due in Germania, una in Francia, Spagna e Stati Uniti) e una produttiva e commerciale (Cembre Ltd, con sede a Birmingham, UK), per un totale di 761 collaboratori (dato aggiornato al 31 dicembre 2019). ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING: CONFIRMATION OF POSTPONEMENT TO SECOND CALL

Brescia, 22nd April 2020

Notice is given to the Shareholders that the Ordinary Shareholders' meeting of Cembre S.p.A. held today in first call was not quorate. Therefore the Ordinary Shareholders' meeting will be held in second call on 20 May 2020 at 9:30 a.m.

The methods of intervention and vote at the meeting indicated in the supplementary notice published on March 27, 2020 remain unchanged.

Cembre designs, manufactures and distributes electrical connectors and cable accessories. It enjoys a leadership position in Italy and significant market shares in the rest of Europe. Cembre is one of the world's leading manufacturers of tools (mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic) for the installation of connectors and the shearing of cables.
