RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR – ASHLEY HOOD

Celsius Resources Limited (“Celsius” or “the Company”) would like to advise that Mr. Ashley Hood has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

With the pending completion of the Anleck transaction, Mr. Hood has stepped down to allow him more time to focus on other business interests. Mr. Hood has assisted the Company through the evaluation and due diligence of potential acquisitions including the Anleck acquisition and his contribution has been appreciated. The Company wishes Mr. Hood all the best with his future endeavours.
