Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (+ASX, AIM: CLA) advises that further to the termination of Mr Neil Grimes' executive consulting agreement with the Company¹, Mr Grimes has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 11 May 2026.
