Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (+ASX, AIM: CLA) announces that, further to the Result of General Meeting announcement on 30 April 2026, Bardin Davis subscribed for 1,250,000 Director Placement Shares at a price of A$0.02 per share and 846,111 Consideration Shares at a price of A$0.009 per share, and Neil Grimes subscribed for 500,000 Director Placement Shares at a price of A$0.02 per share. 

Following these purchases, Bardin Davis is interested in, in aggregate, 2,096,111 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and Neil Grimes is interested in, in aggregate, 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
