CELSIUS SIGNS AGREEMENT
ON VIEW NICKEL
Celsius Coal Limited (“Celsius”) has signed a conditional Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with Bearcat Resources Pty Ltd (“Bearcat”) to sell its 100% ownership in View Nickel Pty Ltd (“VNI”).
The HOA is summarised as follows:

Acquisition by Bearcat of 100% of VNI shares from Celsius;

Consideration is $1.00, and

The agreement is conditional on the the completion of the acquisition by Celsius of the issued shares in Favourit Global Pty Ltd.
The sale of VNI is one of the conditions precedent in order to complete Celsius’s acquisition of Favourit Global Pty Ltd.
