ASX Trading Halt

Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (ASX,AIM:CLA) advise that trading in the ordinary shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from today further to the Company's request in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

Trading of the Company's shares on AIM remains unaffected.

The Company has requested a trading halt effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raise.  The Company has requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trading on or before Monday, 23 February 2026.  The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement on the capital raise.
