Celsius Resources Limited (ASX: CLA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Celsius Resources Limited (‘CLA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CLA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 31 January 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

CELSIUS RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX: CLA/CLAO)

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Celsius Resources Limited ( Company ) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ). In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

• that it requests a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a material capital raising and the AIM Dual Listing finalisation and update ( Announcement );

• it anticipates that the trading halt will end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 31st January 2023 or when the Announcement is released to the market; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
