VIEW RESOURCES COMPLETES CAPITAL RAISING AND COMMENCES IN-COUNTRY ACTIVITIES

Capital Raising

View Resources Limited (ASX:VRE) ( View or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has completed its capital raising of $1,500,000 under the Company’s recent Prospectus offering. The capital raising was managed by CPS Securities and was significantly oversubscribed.

There continues to be strong investor interest and demand for View Resources and the Company is very pleased with the outcome of the capital raising.

Activities Update

The Company is also pleased to advise that it will commence in-country activities this week, including establishing a presence on the ground, continuing to build on our local technical team and further assessing existing infrastructure with a view to commencing exploration of our high grade thermal coal projects as soon as practically possible.

In addition, the Company continues to evaluate further significant opportunities in the region.
