APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Celsius Resources Limited (“ Celsius” or “the Company” ) ( ASX:CLA ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jonathan Colvile as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr Colvile is a London-based stockbroker with 40 years’ experience raising funds for the mineral industry internationally. He has been involved with several companies that have hosted projects in Asia, and more specifically the Philippines, and in Africa.

Mr Colvile commenced his career in 1980 as a stockbroker in Hong Kong with the Watson Company. He then worked as Senior Stockbroker for James Capel specialising in Far Eastern Equity Investment until 1998 also working in Hong Kong, as well as throughout Singapore, the Philippines, China, and Thailand.

From 2003 to 2007 Mr Colvile held the role of Senior Stockbroker at Canaccord Genuity. From 2007 to 2019 he was a Founding Partner and Senior Stockbroker in the Natural Resources Division of Mirabaud, an international banking and financial group offering wealth management, asset management, and brokerage services.

Celsius Managing Director Robert Gregory has welcomed the appointment and commented: “I am pleased to welcome Jonathan to the Board, Jonathan has an amazing network and brings to the Board a demonstrated experience in raising capital for mineral projects in Asia.”
