PASSING OF MARTIN BUCKINGHAM – EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Celsius Resources Limited (“ Celsius ” or “the Company ”) (ASX:CLA) announces with considerable sadness the death of Executive Chairman Martin Buckingham. Celsius Executive Director, Peter Hume said: “On behalf of the Celsius Resources Board and all its employees and contractors, I extend my deepest condolences to Martin’s family and friends. Martin has been Chairman of Celsius since early February 2021 and a highly respected member of the Board. As Chair he provided invaluable counsel, stability and commitment to the Company. Martin will be dearly missed.”
