APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN
Celsius Resources Limited (“ Celsius ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr. Julito Sarmiento as Non-Executive Chairman and Mr. Jonathan Colvile as Non-Executive Vice Chairman, effective 15 November 2022. The Board confirms there will be no changes in remuneration.
Mr. Sarmiento has been a Non-Executive Director with Celsius since 9 November 2021, and Mr. Colvile has been a Non-Executive Director with Celsius since 19 January 2022. With the passing of Mr. Martin Buckingham as announced to the ASX on 14 November 2022, the Board agrees that these role changes within the existing Board structure will provide stability and allow for continuity in the leadership of the Company.
