RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Celsius Resources Limited (“ Celsius” or the Company” ) (ASX: CLA) would like to advise that Non-Executive Director Attilenore Austria will resign from the Company, effective 30 September 2021.
The Board of Celsius would like to sincerely thank Ms. Austria for her contribution to the Company over the last seven months, particularly through the transition period following the acquisition of Anleck Limited. The Board of Celsius looks forward to continuing to work with Ms. Austria in her capacity as Community Relations Manager and Administration and Finance Manager of its Philippines’ subsidiaries Makilala Mining Company Inc, Tambuli Mining Inc and PDEP Inc.
Celsius’ Chairman, Mr. Martin Buckingham said: “On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Attilenore for her time on the Celsius Board, and acknowledge the work she undertook throughout the transition period. Attilenore will continue to play a key management role via the subsidiary boards and I appreciate her devotion to responsible mining and community engagement”.
