Change in the number of votes and shares

Bure Equity AB (publ) ("Bure") announces today that the total number of shares and votes in Bure has increased by 105,136 C shares and 10,513.6 votes respectively.

At the beginning of the month, the total number of shares in Bure amounted to 74,252,057 and the total number of votes amounted to 74,157,434.6. The share capital then amounted to SEK 576,514,544.40.

During November, Bure issued 105,136 C shares, which increased the share capital by SEK 816,306.45. The issue of the C shares took place with the support of authorization from the annual general meeting on May 3, 2023. Bure repurchased the C shares immediately after the issue. The shares were issued and repurchased in accordance with the LTIP 2023 incentive program adopted by the annual general meeting on May 3, 2023.

As of today's date, the total number of outstanding shares in Bure amounts to 74,357,193 of which 74,146,921 are ordinary shares and 210,272 are C shares. The number of votes in Bure as of today's date amounts to 74,167,948.2 and the share capital amounts to SEK 577,330,850.85.
