Bure's holding of shares in Cavotec SA

Bure Equity AB (publ) has acquired 4,155,000 shares in Cavotec SA and thereafter holds 25.4 per cent of the capital and the votes.

Cavotec SA is listed on Nasdag Stockholm. Bure's holding of shares in Cavotec consists of 19,914,837 shares which is equivalent to 25.4 per cent of the total number of shares and votes in the company.
