DISCLOSURE NOTICE BURE EQUITY AB

Patrik Tigerschiöld received 1,918,800 shares in Bure Equity AB (publ), corporate identity number 556454-8781 listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, in connection with the distribution of the estate of Dag Tigerschiöld on 6 March 2015. Patrik Tigerschiöld's own and family's holdings amount to 7,933,405 shares, equivalent to 10.4 percent of the capital and voting rights. At the same distribution of the estate, Stephanie Tigerschiöld received 3,636,392 shares in Bure Equity and Ted Tigerschiöld received 3,670,371 shares in Bure Equity.
