Bure-owned Citat divests Dataunit

Bure's subsidiary Citat Group AB divests the IT consulting company Dataunit Systemkonsult AB to KnowIT AB.

The purchase price for 100 per cent of the shares amounts to SEK 43.8M. The transaction gives a cash contribution of approximately SEK 49M to Citat. After the divestment Citat has a core offer within marketing and editorial services. Dataunit has today 54 employees and had a turnover of approximately SEK 55M in 2006.
