Outcome of the Board Meeting Other Than Financial Results
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 11:30 am in Karachi to consider and fill the casual vacancy by the existing directors in accordance with Section 155(3) of the Companies Act.
The board of directors have unanimously passed the following resolution to appoint Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Monnoo son of Mr. Muhammad Shakil Monnoo as the director of Blessed Textiles Ltd:
Resolved That, effective 20th May, 2026 the board of directors have unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Monnoo son of Mr. Muhammad Shakil Monnoo as the director of Blessed Textiles Ltd to fill the casual vacancy under the provision of Section 155(3) of the Companies Act, 2017.
Further Resolved That, Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Monnoo will hold the office until for the remainder of the term of the director in whose place he is appointed, pursuant to the provisions of Section 161(2) of the Act.
