Board Meeting Other Than Financial Results
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 11:30 am in Karachi to consider and fill the casual vacancy by the existing directors in accordance with Section 155(3) of the Companies Act.
The director appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the director in whose place he is appointed, pursuant to the provisions of Section 161(2) of the Act.
The close period for the board meeting scheduled for May 20, 2026 commences from 14th May, 2026 till 20th May, 2026 under PSX Regulation 5.6.4.
