Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that due to second wave of COVID-19, in the Country. The lock- down announced by the Government of Maharashtra, and in compliance with the order of Government, The Company has closed down the operations at its Plant located at Satpur, Nashik from Wednesday, 12th May 2021 till 23[rd] May, 2021, to prevent further spread of Coronavirus. The Management has been considering to take appropriate steps to handle the situation.
