This is to inform you that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities/ Shares of the Company will remain closed from Friday, March 27, 2026 for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2026.

The Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated separately in due course. All the Designated Persons and their relatives, covered under the Code are advised not to deal (buy or sell or pledge etc.) in the Shares/Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
