Sub: Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for prohibitions of trading by insiders read with the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02[nd] April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 1[st] July, 2021 for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group and Designated Persons covered under the code, to till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30[th] June, 2021.

The Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated separately in due course.

All Directors, KMP’s Designated Persons, Employees, concerned Persons and their relatives, Promoters & Promoters Group covered under the code are advised not to deal in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
