Rounding of fractions of attaching options
Biotron Limited (ASX:BIT) ( Biotron or the Company ) refers to its rights issue first announced on 15 October 2025 ( Rights Issue ) and which is made under a prospectus lodged with ASIC on 18 November 2025.
The Rights Issue includes 1 attaching option for every 2 shares issued under the Offer. Biotron confirms that fractions of attaching options will be rounded down, as per the Appendix 3B for the Rights Issue lodged with ASX on 15 October 2025.
The prospectus will be sent to eligible shareholders on or about 27 November 2025. Persons should consider the prospectus in deciding whether to acquire securities under the Rights Issue and will need to complete an application form that will accompany the prospectus.
