RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

Mr Robert B. Thomas, Non-Executive Director, has retired as a Director of Biotron Limited ( Biotron ) as of 6 February 2026.

Mr Thomas has been a Director since 7 March 2012. The Board of Biotron would like to thank Mr Thomas for his valuable contribution to the Company during his time as Director.
